Responsibilities

• Complete ongoing operational tasks for projects including project processing, report generation, data verification and distribution, website content updates, and data loads/troubleshooting.
• Ensure timely receipt and processing of all customer data and downstream updates.
• Proactively evaluate processes and aid in implementing improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Complete documentation for new features/procedures.
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders on status, issues and changes.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries and escalations related to projects.
• Troubleshoot issues related to project and application functionality.
