Job summary
Piper Companies seeks a Technical Business Systems Analyst to join our growing technology organization in Durham, NC. You will bridge business needs and technology solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, HR and other functions to optimize ERP systems, processes, and workflows, and work onsite several days per week.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with software engineering or development background followed by business systems experience.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar.
Responsibilities
- Bridge business needs and technology solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and other units.
- Analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and efficiency.
- Support, enhance, and optimize NetSuite and other enterprise applications.
- Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions with engineering teams.
- Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams during design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Utilize AWS and Python to support integrations, automation, and systems initiatives.
