Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst to join a growing technology organization in Durham, NC. The role bridges business needs and technology solutions, partnering across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and other business units to optimize ERP systems, processes, and workflows.

You will work onsite several days per week and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with engineering and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business systems or related role.
• Hands-on ERP experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics 365.
• Ability to bridge business and technology teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations.
• Experience with AWS and Python; React experience is beneficial.
• Experience adopting AI-enabled tools in business processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and other business units to understand challenges and needs.
• Analyze existing processes to identify improvements, automation, and efficiency gains.
• Support, enhance, and optimize ERP systems and other business applications.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions with engineering teams.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams during design, testing, and deployment.
• Leverage AWS and Python to support integrations and automation.
