Job summary

New Wave People is seeking an experienced Technology TBM Expense Transparency Consultant to lead cost reporting and TBM frameworks across IT divisions in a hybrid role based near NYC.

You will partner with IT and Finance stakeholders to validate inputs, refine cost models, and translate complex financial data into actionable insights for business leaders. This is a non-technical business analyst position emphasizing financial transparency and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in TBM, IT financial management, or cost transparency initiatives.
• Advanced Excel skills including data modeling and pivoting.
• Ability to translate complex financial data for non-financial audiences.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and business stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead TBM Expense Transparency activities across IT divisions and ensure consistent reporting and cost modeling.
• Develop and refine TBM financial models and reporting frameworks.
• Validate inputs with Service Owners and align cost structures with business value.
• Communicate spend insights to stakeholders and refine allocation methodologies.
• Ensure accuracy and defensibility of TBM reporting through data mapping and rules.
