Grassi Advisory Group, Inc. is seeking a Tax Manager in Jericho, NY. This hybrid role requires three days onsite at our Jericho office, with the new space expected to open in Sep 2026.

You will lead tax engagements, supervise staff, and collaborate closely with clients throughout the year. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting (Master's preferred), a CPA, and 5+ years in tax prep/leadership. ProSystems and CCH knowledge are a must, along with strong communication and team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's degree in taxation or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive tax preparation, review and supervisory experience.
• CPA license is required.
• Industry agnostic experience; Construction, manufacturing & distribution, real estate, and financial services experience desired.
• ProSystems and CCH tax software proficiency; Strong tax accounting skills including US GAAP and various returns.

Responsabilités

• Managing Tax Seniors, Semi Seniors, Associates and staff accountants.
• Ensuring assignments are completed within budgeted time.
• Leading client engagements from start to finish.
• Interacting with clients about tax information throughout the year.
• Developing technical knowledge through meetings, training, and research.
