Grassi & Co., CPA's P.C in Wayne, PA is seeking a Tax Senior for a hybrid role, with three days per week onsite. This position offers growth opportunities, leadership duties, and exposure to diverse tax engagements across individuals, trusts, partnerships, and corporate clients.

You will lead engagements, mentor staff, review returns, and develop tax strategies while collaborating with a dynamic team committed to client service and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of progressive tax return preparation and compliance experience.
• CPA license or in process of obtaining CPA license.

Responsibilities

• Run client engagements from start to finish, including planning and budgeting for tax projects.
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on tax projects; participate in engagement reviews.
• Review tax returns for staff; provide recommendations for accuracy and tax savings opportunities.
• Prepare tax returns for complex individual, trust, partnership, corporate, and foreign clients.
• Research and consult on tax matters and respond to IRS inquiries.
