• Comfortable learning new software and systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Operational Support Services team across all functions.
• Provide Tier 1 operational support for the proprietary TaxConnex platform and related processes.
• Oversee third‑party solutions, ECM services, and vendor relationships; ensure timely issue resolution.
