Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking a Tax Manager to join our Columbus, OH hybrid team. You will lead tax engagements, mentor junior staff, and serve as a primary client contact for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in public accounting, CPA certification, and a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; a Master’s in Taxation is a plus. Compensation ranges from $130,000 to $200,000 with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's in Taxation is a plus.
• Active CPA license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tax compliance engagements for corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Prepare and review complex federal and state income tax returns.
• Research and develop strategic tax planning techniques.
• Supervise, train, and provide guidance to staff associates and interns.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and assist with IRS/state notices.
