Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.
• CPA license with active status.
• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; Master's in Taxation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tax compliance engagements for corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Prepare and review complex federal and state income tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Research and develop strategic tax planning techniques and projections.
• Supervise, train, and provide technical guidance to staff associates and interns.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and respond to IRS/state notices.
