The position requires a CPA or EA, 5+ years of public accounting experience, and a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or Law, with a preferred Tax/LLM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Law.
• Master's degree in Tax/LLM preferred.
• CPA or EA license required.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain excellent client relationships in markets.
• Perform technical review of federal and state tax research, work papers, allocations, and tax returns.
• Review income tax accounting reporting.
• Advise on tax matters, manage engagements.
• Lead and mentor engagement team.
• Oversee billing and collections.
• Collaborate across the firm to grow business.
• Represent the firm in professional organizations.
