Elliott Davis is seeking a Tax Manager to join our Manufacturing & Distribution team. You will oversee tax preparation, technical review, and consulting for complex closely held construction businesses, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Lead the tax team, advise on issues, and manage assignments while supervising training and development. This hybrid role emphasizes client relationships, cross-functional collaboration, and professional growth within a growing firm.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Law; Master’s in Tax/LLM preferred.
• 5+ years in public accounting with construction/closely held businesses; ability to manage multiple engagements.
• EA License or CPA certification required.
• Strong project and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and networking acumen; ability to grow client relationships.
• Experience with corporate tax accounting and tax software/technology.
• Ability to multitask and commit to continuous learning.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee tax preparation and technical reviews for complex clients.
• Lead and mentor the tax team and delegate assignments.
• Advise and research tax issues; propose solutions to clients.
• Monitor engagements, including billing and collections.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to grow the business and offer solutions.
