Qualifications

• 2+ years transactional experience

Responsibilities

• Legal Research: conduct thorough and comprehensive legal research to support transaction preparation and strategy.
• Legal Writing: draft well-written, error-free, and reasoned legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
• Transaction Assistance and Management: assist/manage complex transactions from inception to closing with strong judgement.
• Internal/External Client Interaction: build and maintain client relationships, provide updates and advice promptly.
• Collaboration: work with lawyers and business professionals to support innovative strategies.
• Attend, support, and participate in high-level legal activities including court hearings, depositions, negotiations, trials.
• Compliance: ensure rigorous compliance with legal standards and regulations.
• Professional Development: pursue ongoing training to enhance legal knowledge and practice.
