Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. seeks an Associate Tax Analyst in Deerfield, IL, Hybrid (M/W/F remote). You will support the global income tax provision, forecasting, and non-U.S. compliance, gaining exposure to ASC 740 accounting and public company reporting.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 0–2 years of tax or accounting experience; CPA eligibility is preferred. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (OneSource, Oracle) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• 0-2 years of relevant tax, accounting, or finance experience preferred.
• CPA eligibility or progress toward CPA preferred.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting and tax concepts; ASC 740 exposure preferred.
• Strong Excel skills required; experience with tax provision/ERP systems (OneSource & Oracle) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in quarterly and annual global income tax provision under ASC 740, including data collection and workpapers.
• Assist with income tax disclosures for external financial reporting (10-Q/10-K).
• Support global effective tax rate forecasting and modeling.
• Prepare reconciliations of current and deferred tax balances and adjustments.
• Maintain data in tax provision software (OneSource).
• Track non-U.S. income tax return deadlines and global compliance calendar.
• Support Pillar Two / GloBE data gathering with local teams and advisers.
• Assist with responses to tax authority inquiries and audits.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects across Tax, Accounting, Treasury, Finance.
• Support process improvements and automation for recurring workpapers.
