The role provides exposure to global tax operations, cross-functional finance initiatives, and opportunities to work with external advisors. Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 0-2 years experience, strong Excel, and CPA readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0-2 years of tax, accounting, or finance experience preferred.
• CPA eligibility or progress toward CPA preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting and tax concepts; ASC 740 exposure preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with tax provision/ERP systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing quarterly and annual global income tax provision under ASC 740.
• Assist with income tax disclosures for external financial reporting (10-Q/10-K).
• Support global tax rate forecasting and modeling processes.
• Prepare account reconciliations of current and deferred tax balances.
• Maintain data in tax provision software (e.g., OneSource).
• Track non-U.S. income tax return deadlines and global compliance calendars.
• Support non-U.S. tax compliance and Pillar Two/GloBE data gathering.
• Assist with responses to tax authority inquiries and audits.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
