Job summary

Fortrea in Durham, NC is seeking a Sourcer to partner with recruiters, building talent pipelines, mapping markets, and identifying top talent across segments. You will leverage Boolean search, LinkedIn, CRM, and ATS to manage searches and measure success against a metrics-driven scorecard.

You will collaborate on recruitment plans, engage passive candidates, and contribute to sourcing strategies for multiple roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable experience.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Experience with recruitment software and ATS usage.
• Proven track record sourcing internationally at non-management levels.
• Resourceful, proactive and creative approach to work.
• Tenacity and determination to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Follow a funnel-based approach to develop a pipeline across multiple roles using metric-driven scorecards.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive research and CRM-based engagement.
• Apply metrics to improve attraction and selection ratios and anticipate hiring manager needs.
• Profile competitors and build organization charts.
• Recommend process improvements and contribute to recruitment marketing and plans.
• Participate in recruitment events and special initiatives.
• Identify qualified candidate slates within timelines; manage multiple searches and client relationships.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team on planning and outreach across job families.
• Present market information to recruiters and managers.
