At ADUSA, our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in building high-performing teams that move the business forward. In this role, you'll manage the full lifecycle recruiting process—from sourcing and assessing to offer and initiating onboarding—supporting a wide range of roles with a primary focus on corporate hiring in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex hiring challenges and is passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations are Quincy, MA and Salisbury, NC.

Responsibilities
- Identify and engage top talent aligned with business needs, with a focus on attracting and hiring technical talent across areas such as engineering, data, infrastructure, and related functions
- Develop, recommend, and execute tailored recruiting strategies in partnership with Hiring Managers to support successful searches across a variety of roles, including complex or hard-to-fill technical positions
- Provide guidance and expertise on recruiting tools and processes—including applicant tracking systems, interview frameworks, intake sessions, and offers—and coach technical Hiring Managers on best practices
- Build targeted sourcing strategies using a mix of channels such as referrals, job boards, networking, market insights, and proactive outreach to engage technical talent while effectively representing ADUSA's value as an employer
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate technical capabilities, experience, and long-term potential, and synthesize insights to deliver clear, informed recommendations to Hiring Managers
- Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process by ensuring timely communication, a positive experience, and smooth transitions between stages, particularly for highly sought-after technical talent
- Partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to translate technical requirements into effective hiring plans and candidate profiles, ensuring alignment on role expectations and market realities
- Follow established recruiting policies and practices to ensure a consistent, organized, and compliant hiring process
- Track recruiting activity, monitor key metrics, and provide regular updates to Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Leadership on search progress, pipeline health, trends, and potential risks
- Contribute to ad hoc recruiting projects and broader Talent Acquisition initiatives that strengthen how the organization attracts, engages, and hires technical talent
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume and/or specialized hiring environment
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Strong understanding of full‑lifecycle recruiting practices, sourcing strategies, and applicable state and federal employment laws
- Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies for specialized, niche, or hard-to-fill roles
- Proven ability to build credibility and influence Hiring Managers through collaboration, consultation, and sound judgment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and build effective relationships with candidates and hiring partners
- Ability to prioritize, manage competing demands, and oversee a high volume of requisitions across multiple functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and standard recruiting tools (SuccessFactors preferred)
Salary Information
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560
IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $86,320 - $129,480
Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
