The Talent Acquisition Specialist will drive full-cycle recruiting, build candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs in logistics, warehouse, sales, and more.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven success proactively sourcing and recruiting active and passive candidates.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience supporting hiring across multiple locations/regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across locations and functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and strategies.
• Source active and passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews, present recommendations.
