Job summary

Apex Service Partners is seeking a hybrid Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit top talent across Hawaii and Washington. You will work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.

Reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, you will support branch leadership, candidate engagement, forecasting, and employer branding while traveling to events and offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within skilled trades/industrial sectors is a PLUS.
• Experience using ATS and recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for trade, office, and leadership positions.
• Post and manage job openings within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure an efficient, positive, and engaging candidate experience.
• Assist with recruiting forecasts and workforce planning.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide reporting to leadership.
• Support employer branding through social media, community outreach, and recruiting events.
• Help strengthen recruiting processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Represent Apex Service Partners professionally within the local community while building relationships with schools, trade programs, military organizations, and industry partners.
