Apex Service Partners is seeking a hybrid Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, engage, and hire top talent across our Hawaii and Washington operations. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source candidates, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

You will report to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager and collaborate with branch leadership to support hiring initiatives across the business.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of recruiting experience in corporate recruiting or a staffing agency.
• Experience recruiting within skilled trades, construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, home services, restoration, or related industries is a PLUS.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset.

Position Summary

PAY TRANSPARENCY:

The hourly pay opportunity for this role ranges $70K-$80K DOE (Performance Bonus Opportunity). The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.

We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
