The role offers a hybrid work arrangement after an introductory period and requires coordinating with managers to build field, warehouse, and administration teams for an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years in recruiting, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong communication, organization, and time management

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of full-life cycle recruiting and sourcing experience, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
• Willing to travel up to 5 days per quarter to West area locations for recruiting activities; mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Utilize full-life cycle recruiting & sourcing experience and manage requisitions for multiple offices and lines of business.
• Partner with managers to hire across the West and beyond for various roles.
• Apply creative Talent Acquisition sourcing strategies to identify talent.
• Conduct initial applicant phone/video interviews and serve as primary contact throughout evaluation.
• Represent the Company at recruiting events (career fairs, campus fairs, technical school engagements).
