  • Design the Transformation Playbooks to execute business migrations
  • Develop and execute a global sourcing strategy that leverages total cost of ownership models
  • Conduct continuous Footprint Reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of current manufacturing and distribution sites
  • Analyze global macroeconomic indicators, client trends, commercial data, business insights, geographic advantages, including labor costs, tax incentives, logistics infrastructure, and trade regulations
  • Partner with regional business leaders in making relevant footprint optimisation decisions
  • Work with Operations leaders, Mfg 4.0, and technology leadership to ensure we have the platforms and tools to maximize efficiency across our global operations footprint
  • Lead business migration in partnership with regional execution project teams
  • Advance use of digital and AI tools to accelerate planning and execution of “Adaptive Footprint” model
  • Simplify the overall footprint assessment and evaluation process for a more proactive future response
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Finance; MBA or CSCP/CPSM certification highly preferred
  • 15+ years in Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Operations Management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale business migrations, operations design
  • AI Champion with passion and track record of leveraging digital technology
  • Advanced understanding of business, strategic operating models, P&L management, CapEx/OpEx budgeting, and financial modeling
