Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a competitive college or university.
• 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
• Proficiency in at least four of the listed technical areas.
• Experience with student information systems and policy management.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and manage Ascend’s server infrastructures and core systems.
• Develop scalable infrastructure strategies with technology leadership.
• Maintain voice and data networks including LAN/WAN and VoIP.
• Create and maintain tech documentation and policies.
• Support audio-visual needs and hardware/software issues.
• Assist in implementing new technologies and day-to-day requests via Zendesk.
• Provide proactive, service-oriented support and issue resolution.
