KARL STORZ North America is seeking a System Integration Test Engineer II to help ensure the quality of medical technology across development stages. You will work with software, hardware, and firmware teams to evaluate integrated systems and improve interoperability.

The role features a hybrid schedule with on-site work in Goleta, CA and duties spanning testing, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust products for healthcare professionals and patients

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
2–5 years in engineering, software, or testing roles with hardware/software/firmware exposure.
Experience testing integrated hardware, software, and firmware systems.

Responsibilities

Perform hardware, software, and firmware integration testing across the product lifecycle.
Execute white-box and black-box tests to assess functionality and reliability.
Develop test software and automation tools to boost efficiency and coverage.
Identify defects and provide detailed reports for engineering teams.
