Helen of Troy is hiring a Systems Engineer in our IT department to support server, storage, and cloud environments. The role focuses on stability, security, and reliable operation across on‑prem and cloud platforms, with a hybrid work schedule and collaboration across locations.

You will monitor systems, manage incidents, and coordinate with vendors to ensure SLA adherence. The position requires travel to support data centers and regional offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 4 years of work experience with Microsoft server technology.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Azure.
• Proven ability to manage Windows Server environments and scripting with PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stability, integrity, security, and efficient operation of servers, storage, and cloud environments.
• Monitor and manage all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Maintain security, backups, and redundancy strategies.
