Helen of Troy is seeking a Systems Engineer to ensure stability and security of our server, storage, and cloud environments. You will monitor, repair, test, and document performance while aligning with SLA targets. This role supports hybrid work across multiple U.S.

locations and requires strong collaboration with network and vendor teams. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of Microsoft-based server experience, plus proficiency with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Azure.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 4+ years of Microsoft server experience.
• Proven expertise with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Azure.
• Experience with Windows server OS, Group Policy, and PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stability, integrity, security, and operation of server, storage, and cloud environments.
• Monitor and manage all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Review daily monitoring logs and reports; plan repairs on alerts.
• Test software for bugs, redundancies, and security issues; document performance.
• Meet SLA requirements and manage hardware/virtual environments.
• Maintain Azure AD and O365/Hybrid environments; manage SAAS solutions.
