Helen of Troy is seeking a Systems Engineer to monitor and manage our IT infrastructure across multiple locations. The role supports a hybrid work model with in-office collaboration and remote options, aligned to business needs, and will involve maintaining Windows-based servers and enterprise applications.

The candidate will participate in ensuring security, backups, and system reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 4+ years of experience with Microsoft-based server technology.
• Proficient with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows Server OS, Group Policy, and PowerShell.
• Willingness to travel to other offices including Data Centers and regional locations.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Review daily monitoring logs and reports.
• Plan and execute repairs on environment alerts.
• Test software for bugs, redundancies, and security issues.
• Maintain system health and SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with network staff to ensure reliable operations.
