Job summary

RGBSI is seeking an experienced engineer with 5+ years in robust engineering to define requirements, perform DFMEA, and validation. You will model with MATLAB/Simulink and generate C++ code for prognostics models, and work on diagnostics with vehicle sensors and architecture.

You will leverage MagicDraw, JIRA, JAMA, and Teamcenter to map interfaces, analyze data, and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven knowledge of Robust Engineering Fundamentals including defining requirements, DFMEA, P-Diagrams and validation.
• Master's degree with 5+ years of automotive engineering and/or data analytics.
• Experience with system modeling language and product lifecycle tools (e.g., MagicDraw, JIRA, JAMA, Teamcenter).

Responsibilities

• Define requirements, DFMEA, P-Diagrams and validation activities.
• Model using MATLAB Simulink and generate C++ code for prognostics degradation models.
• Understand vehicle architecture and sensors for diagnostics and prognostics feature development; monitor quality metrics and drive improvements.
• Communicate technical ideas clearly to cross functional engineering teams.
