Job summary

Lexicon Services seeks a Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our IT infrastructure in a hybrid role in the St. Louis area.

You will ensure reliability, performance, and security while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support technology needs and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 3–10 years in systems engineering, with expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, VMware, Veeam, and Azure Cloud, plus Office 365 administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Certifications AZ-900, AZ-104, CCNA, or MCSE preferred.
• 3–10 years in systems engineering with network/server management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple platforms.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and deploy improvements for reliability and security.
• Document systems, processes, and procedures; manage AD/GP and Entra ID.
• Lead Windows updates and patching outside production hours; manage VMware and Azure assets.
