Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in systems engineering or IT support.
• Hybrid role requiring Chicago metro residency.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis to improve resiliency.
• Support production service requests and change order execution.
• Assist in analysis and maintenance of network hardware and software components.
• Develop and maintain tools for monitoring and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Engineers to ensure data conversion and performance requirements.
