Job summary

JFC Global is seeking a Support Engineer I to deliver enterprise network and server support for diverse clients. The role is hybrid in the United States, with compensation up to $75k plus bonus, depending on experience.

You will work on Cisco Meraki, VMware, and Microsoft environments and may travel to client sites. The position emphasizes troubleshooting, client communication, and teamwork, offering professional development, benefits, and growth opportunities within a collaborative IT services

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience supporting client networks and server environments.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Dell and HPE hardware.
• Strong understanding of cloud services, particularly Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Hands-on with firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, DNS, TCP/IP and routing protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally long distances.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise on client-specific systems and procedures.
• Serve as Tier 1/2 support for technical issues.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues and network/server problems.
• Monitor network health and optimize system performance.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher support tiers.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support.
• Document all service activities with SLAs.
