Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in systems or application administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira.
• Experience supporting ERP systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and manage tickets.
• Strong organizational skills with structured documentation.

• Administer and support Jira and ERP systems.
• Manage and resolve user tickets across applications.
