Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a Systems Architect to lead enterprise-wide technology architecture during a major transformation. You will design, secure, and scale IT infrastructure across AD, MS 365, cloud, and security domains while guiding architectural reviews and mentoring IT staff.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup with travel for required engagements, leveraging TOGAF/AWS/CISSP knowledge and strong collaboration with vendors and business units to align technology with strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years IT architecture, systems integration or related roles.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, Gartner EA).
• Strong cloud, data management, cybersecurity, and app development knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences; strong communication.
• Willingness to travel and work outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategy, standards, and guidelines.
• Provide 80% hands-on administration for IT infrastructure operations.
• Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and vendors to ensure solutions meet needs.
