Job summary

Eightelevengroup seeks an experienced Systems Analyst for a 12-month hybrid contract in Pittsburgh, PA. Role blends onsite and remote work with flexible onsite needs based on projects, and involves SDLC‑driven analysis, integration work for RTLS, Nurse Call, and Telesitting/Virtual Nursing.

You will support applications, manage vendor relations, and drive improvements while documenting processes and delivering training. Start date August 3, 2026.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in modern technology and application support.
• Understanding of SDLC and ability to apply knowledge independently.
• Experience supporting Patient Engagement systems (RTLS, Nurse Call, Telesitting/Virtual Nursing).
• Strong project management with milestones and time tracking tools.
• Ability to interact with vendors and manage issue escalation independently.
• Experience with application upgrades and hardware requirements.
• Document and implement change management processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication for collaboration.
• Ability to create and facilitate end user training sessions.
• Detail-oriented documentation of processes and requirements.
• Experience providing Level 2/3 support and mentoring staff.
• Create, review, and validate test and cutover plans across platforms.
• Maintain data confidentiality and quality at all times.
• Work independently and in a team-focused environment.
• Seek continuous self-development and feedback from senior staff.
• Willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support for Patient Engagement systems with integration focus.
• Manage projects including task distribution and milestone tracking.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor relationships and issue escalation.
• Identify and implement process improvements; update processes as needed.
• Oversee upgrades and implementations; assess new functionality and hardware needs.
• Document change management processes for assigned software.
• Communicate clearly to build relationships and enable daily work.
• Create training content and deliver end-user and peer sessions.
• Document detailed processes and capture business requirements for teams.
• Triages Level 2/3 issues and mentors others in resolution.
• Develop, review, and validate test and cutover plans across platforms.
• Maintain confidentiality and data quality; adapt to changing requirements.
• Collaborate with team and maintain a proactive, on-demand rotation.
