Formación

• Experience with methodologies and structured analytical approaches.
• Exposure to AI tools and technologies is highly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Read and create simple structured specifications such as use cases and story cards.
• Read and understand design and business models including basic technical understanding.
• Write SQL queries and read simple data models.
• Act as liaison between development team and end users to deliver deliverables.
• Provide level 1 on-call support and help with monitoring and issue routing.
