AllCom Global Services is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to manage IT infrastructure, enhance cybersecurity posture, and deploy new systems. The role requires strong system and network administration skills, adaptability to new technologies, and solid troubleshooting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in information technology or similar degree.
• Minimum of 2 years in System Administration or IT support.
• The ability to travel to different locations.
• The ability to work after normal business hours when needed.
• CompTIA A+, Security+, and other certifications preferred.
• Have knowledge working with Federal Subcontractors or alike is preferred.
• Have knowledge of NIST 800-171 and CMMC compliance preferred.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Administration of Microsoft 365 Commercial and GCC platform such as Intune, Entra ID, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Defender.
• Administer file permissions on SharePoint Online, create and edit sites, libraries, and other functions.
• Maintain Microsoft’s Intune policies.
• Maintain and update monitoring infrastructure and automation tools.
• Plan and test Microsoft’s Intune conditional access policies.
• Maintain Intune Autopilot Deployment Profiles.
• Create documentation of IT related processes, infrastructure, and workflows.
• Identify policy deviations, recommend corrections, and report results to management.
• Harden Windows systems, apply OS updates and patches.
• Create deployment packages in patch management tools.
• Implement and manage network security devices such as firewalls, anti-virus, IDS.
• Implement and maintain Fortinet Network infrastructure: Firewalls, VLANS, SD-WAN, IPsec Tunnels, VPNs.
• Install, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot systems and related hardware and software.
• Ensure Data Recovery processes are tested and documented.
• Perform restores from backup solutions such as Cohesity and Synology.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve IT stack, security and efficiency.
• Develop and monitor security procedures to maintain CMMC level 2 compliance.
• Monitor system integrity and performance of Microsoft 365, Fortinet, Backups, and more.
• Perform audits and assist IT Support with ticket escalations and cross-team troubleshooting.
• Remediate vulnerabilities for Servers, Desktops, Laptops, and Network endpoints, report findings to management.
• Participate in infrastructure enhancements and lifecycle of hardware, software and applications.
• Upgrade Network Security devices such as Firewalls, Switches, Access Points.
