Job summary

AllCom Global Services is seeking a talented, motivated, and driven System Administrator to join our team. In this full-time role, you will administer the company's IT infrastructure, support cybersecurity posture, and implement new systems.

The position reports to the IT Manager and is a hybrid remote role. The ideal candidate has a strong background in system and network administration, can quickly adapt to new technologies, and troubleshoot complex systems.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in information technology or similar degree.
Minimum 2 years in System Administration, IT Support, or a similar role.
The ability to travel to different locations if needed.
The ability to work after normal business hours when needed.
CompTIA A+, Security+ and other certifications preferred.
Experience with Federal Subcontractors or alike preferred.
Knowledge of NIST 800-171 and CMMC compliance preferred.
Must pass pre-employment testing and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Administer Microsoft 365 platform including Intune, Entra ID, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Defender.
Manage SharePoint permissions, sites, libraries, and other functions.
Maintain Intune policies and conditional access.
Monitor and update monitoring infrastructure and automation tools.
Harden Windows systems and apply OS updates and patches.
Implement and manage Fortinet network infrastructure and security devices.
Develop deployment packages for patch management tools and create documentation.
Perform data backups/restores with Cohesity and Synology; ensure recovery testing.
Conduct internal and external audits; assist IT Support with escalations.
Research emerging technologies to improve security and IT stack.
