Job summary

Colonial Group, Inc. is seeking a Systems & Network Administrator to maintain and secure our hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructure. This role will be the primary escalation point for LAN/WAN, VPN, and Microsoft 365 connectivity, applying Zero Trust principles and MFA.

You will automate routine administrative tasks with PowerShell, manage tickets in Halo ITSM, and produce audit-ready documentation while partnering with Cyber Security on incident response and remediation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of enterprise systems and/or network administration.
• Experience managing hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and secure hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor, patch, and harden network and endpoint infrastructure.
