Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a System Engineer to support a large vSphere 8.x and VCF 9.x environment, including Aria Suite. The role involves patching, configuring, and maintaining critical infrastructure across Jersey City, Charlotte, and Plano in a hybrid model.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of VMware experience, 3+ years with Aria Suite, and strong scripting (PowerShell), networking, and documentation skills. Weekend coverage is required occasionally.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in VMware vSphere/ESXi environments (v8.x and VCF9).
• 3+ years with Aria Suite products.
• Experience with Software Defined Storage (VSAN).
• Experience configuring HP ProLiant and Dell server hardware.

Responsibilities

• Patch, configure, and maintain vSphere/VCF/Aria environments.
• Troubleshoot vSphere, Aria, network, storage, and hardware issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Update certificates and identify remediation for violations and vulnerabilities.
• Manage server hardware configurations and firmware updates.
