Job summary

WTW is seeking a Surety Client Manager to support Producers and Account Executives in prospecting and managing surety accounts. You will handle bond requests, billing issues, and client inquiries, coordinating with underwriters and presenting proposals when appropriate.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• P&C licensed and minimum 3 years in a surety environment.
• Insurance designations are desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to participate in industry events and learn EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client needs including bond requests and billing issues.
• Request informational updates, analyze them and share with underwriters.
• Respond to client questions about bond programs, limits, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with underwriters on account status and bond approvals.
• Issue original bonds as needed and develop carrier submissions.
• Attend client meetings and support the surety team as required.
