Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Cafe, LLC is seeking an Equipment & Smallwares Program Manager in Atlanta, GA. You will lead strategic sourcing, procurement, testing, and system-wide implementation of equipment and smallwares across the network, partnering with Operations, Design & Construction, Culinary, Training, and finance to meet brand and financial objectives.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in equipment procurement, strategic sourcing, or related roles.
Experience sourcing and managing foodservice equipment and/or smallwares.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and large-scale operational rollouts.
Experience managing supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement initiatives.
Experience with equipment testing, commercialization, implementation, or restaurant development projects preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for equipment, smallwares, and related operational assets.
Lead supplier evaluations, RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, and contract negotiations.
Manage supplier relationships and lifecycle initiatives across the system.
Oversee equipment testing, pilot programs, and commercialization activities.
Coordinate rollouts for new openings, remodels, and transitions.
Lead cross-functional projects from concept to implementation.
Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
Communicate status and outcomes to stakeholders.
