Job summary

EY is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in New York to help optimize manufacturing value chains and transform operations. The role involves advising clients on manufacturing processes, data-driven improvements, and KPI development while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.

You will guide shop-floor coaching and support business development, balancing agility and reliability in client engagements. Travel up to 80% is required, and a strong background in CI and lean is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field with 5 years of progressive experience or Master’s degree with 4 years of experience.
• 2 years of experience selling or leading Manufacturing Operations projects.
• 3 years of executional experience in CI, manufacturing strategy, contract manufacturing, or cost optimization.
• 3 years of implementing IWS, TPM, RTT, WCM, HPO, LEAN, or Six Sigma.
• 2 years of experience in teaching or coaching manufacturing employees or clients, leading meetings/workshops, and selling/delivering projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in supply chain manufacturing and optimize value chain through transformation capabilities.
• Advise on manufacturing operations and improvements across sectors.
• Analyze data to advise clients on understanding and controlling operations.
• Lead daily shop-floor coaching to eliminate losses and establish KPIs.
• Drive business development and client relationships across functions.
