Job summary

PVS Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage general business operations within the PVS Technologies Supply Chain and support customers. The role supports municipal water and steel mill operations, with a hybrid work arrangement and occasional after-hours duties.

The candidate will be involved in contract coordination, inventory control, and data analysis while liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safety and efficiency. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to operate in a mainframe and PC environment; on-call 24/7 flexibility.
• Geographic/logistical awareness and cost-conscious decision making.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, transportation, or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contracts and supplier communications.
• Manage inventory across multiple warehouses and 600+ locations.
• Support rail fleet coordination with 400+ railcars.
• Oversee steel mill inventory, invoicing, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate truckloads of chemicals across the US and HCl balancing.
