Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in supplier management with focus on performance improvement.
• Proven leadership with empathy and patience in managing people.
• Experience leading supplier performance analysts and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier performance metrics, scorecards and evaluation criteria.
• Conduct regular supplier evaluations and provide feedback to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive interventions, corrective actions and supplier development programs.
• Ensure supplier compliance with contracts, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Identify and mitigate supplier risk across quality, delivery and cost.
• Collaborate with procurement and QA to align with business objectives.
• Maintain records of performance data and improvement initiatives.
• Foster strong supplier relationships to enable continuous improvement.
• Lead and coach a team of supplier performance analysts.
