The Addison Group is seeking three Legal Interns for Summer 2027 to support attorneys and legal professionals in intellectual property, contracts, policy, regulatory matters, and legal research. This is a hands-on opportunity to work on substantive projects, document management, and writing, with exposure to multiple areas of the law.

• Currently enrolled in an accredited law school pursuing a Juris Doctor (JD) or comparable advanced degree.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong research and writing abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist with intellectual property matters, including researching and organizing trademark and copyright materials and reviewing licensing documentation.
• Support attorneys with reviewing a variety of business agreements, including statements of work, service agreements, confidentiality agreements, and contract amendments.
• Conduct legal research involving federal and state legislation, regulations, and other legal developments and help summarize findings for internal and external publications.
• Research legal and regulatory topics to support the development and revision of organizational policies.
• Monitor state legislative and regulatory activity and assist with preparing summaries, charts, presentations, and other briefing materials.
• Assist with document review, editing, filing, database maintenance, presentations, and other legal department projects as needed.
• Apply strong research, writing, and analytical skills to support attorneys across multiple substantive areas.
