ALO’s in-house legal team is seeking a summer Legal Intern to gain hands-on experience across IP, employment, real estate, corporate, and litigation areas in a high-growth environment. The 8-week program runs June 14 through August 7, with interns working 40 hours per week at our Beverly Hills headquarters.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in a top-tier law school, possess strong written and verbal communication, and can handle confidential materials while collaborating with HR,

• Assist in researching and drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and memoranda.

• Help with reviewing and summarizing contracts, vendor agreements, and employee-related documents.
• Provide assistance in preparing litigation documents and supporting ongoing legal matters.
