Job summary

• Ability to communicate effectively with variety of stakeholders.
• Interest in business processes and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Review performance measures with the business manager and set appropriate performance targets.
• Assist in improving process effectiveness and efficiency.
• Help with conflict resolution.
• Ensure people and skill requirements for the process are met.
• Research process performance reports inside and outside the industry to inform Process Leads.
• Assist in understanding financial impact, required skills, and compliance for processes.
