Hillcrest Children Center is seeking an SUD Clinical Manager to lead clinical staff, supervise case work, and ensure compliance with DC regulations and evidence‑based standards of care. This role will direct crisis interventions, monitor treatment plans, and uphold high clinical quality within our mental health programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or PhD in Behavioral Health/Social Services.
• Unrestricted/active LICSW or LPC license in the District of Columbia.
• 3+ years of experience providing clinical services to ethnically diverse adult populations.
• Trauma-informed, person-centered care for individuals and groups managing substance use challenges.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership to ensure contract compliance and program quality.
• Evaluate team performance and adjust caseloads and assignments to maximize quality of care.
• Ensure compliance with DC Department of Behavioral Health, Department of Health and Medicaid requirements.
• Review and manage treatment plans and clinical interventions.
• Supervise and countersign team clinical documents in the EMR.
• Audit client records for quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Develop referral networks with agencies and regulatory authorities.
• Support Hillcrest Children and Family Center values and HIPAA compliance.
• Handle emergencies effectively and perform other duties as assigned.
