Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager with a structural engineering background for hybrid work in San Francisco. You will oversee commercial, residential and civic projects, coordinate with consultants, and mentor junior staff.

The role requires 5–8 years in structural engineering, Revit Structure proficiency, RAM/ETABS/SAFE familiarity, and an active PE license or pursuing SE licensure with sponsorship for education costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of building structural engineering experience.
• PE licensed or actively pursuing SE licensure; continued education costs covered.
• Proficient with Revit Structure and drawing preparation.
• RAM, ETABS and SAFE familiarity; able to set up models and train staff.
• DSA and/or OSHPD experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to develop work plans and oversee project phases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design consultants and trades to align structure with architectural and MEP interfaces.
• Establish relationships with architects, consultants and contractors to advance projects.
• Network with architects and clients through professional outreach and events.
