The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience, a background in civil engineering or architecture, and is able to work well both independently and in teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural or structural design.
• Experience with state agencies and transportation authorities required.
• PE or RA License is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction for the building structural practice.
• Manage client contracts and coordination with architecture partners.
• Supervise and mentor staff.
