LeoForce is seeking a Mid to Senior Level Structural Engineer to join our team on commercial projects. Hybrid work arrangement, US-based responsibilities include leading a structural engineering team to produce construction documents using Revit and manage project schedules.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of structural engineering design experience.
• ABET-accredited BS in Structural or Civil Engineering.

• Strong written and verbal communication; client interfacing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and delegate development of system layouts, calculations, and reports.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and participate in O/A/C meetings.
• Develop structural solutions from concept through construction.
• Produce construction documents in Revit.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients in the integrated design process.
• Adapt to variations in building codes and practices across the US.

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year

Structural Engineer EIT/PE (Commercial Projects) Hybrid

We are seeking Senior to Mid Level Structural Engineers to join our Team. Responsibilities include developing and guiding a structural engineering team to produce construction documents using Revit and managing project schedules to meet deliverable requirements. Project include a variety of Commercial Buildings, Theme Parks, Federal, Entertainment, Healthcare, Aviation, High-Rise, Multi-Family, etc.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of Structure Engineering Design experience with Engineering Consulting Firm, Design/Build Firm, or AEC Industry.
• Bachelors Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, ABET Accredited
• Buildings Structural Engineering experience, including the Design of Concrete, Masonry, Steel, Wood Materials; Gravity & Lateral Systems.
• EIT or PE License Desired
• Software Proficiency in Revit, ETABS, SAP, SAFE, RAM, ADAPT, RISA, Enercalc
• Ability to schedule and manage tasks for the structural discipline; - Knowledge of construction costs
• Experience managing moderate to complex projects and / or functioning as the secondary point of contact on larger projects
• Demonstrated success in technical / formal communication with clients and staff
• Proven ability to represent the structural discipline at meeting
• Experience with BIM including Autodesk Revit workflow.
• Goal oriented with strong skills in problem solving, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of commercial building materials, systems, and assemblies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with directing and coordinating project activities of junior staff.

Duties

• Mentoring entry-level staff.
